User Agreement

Introduction

1xbit (the “Operator”) provides online gambling and gaming services to registered users. By accessing, registering for an account, or placing bets on the 1xbit platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the site. The current version of these Terms is always available on the platform. The Operator may update or amend these Terms from time to time; continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and legally permitted to participate in the Games offered by the Operator.
Your residency and location may affect access to certain products; the Operator reserves the right to restrict or refuse service to residents of specific jurisdictions in accordance with applicable law.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid email address, phone number, chosen username, and a secure password. You must use your legal name and promptly update any changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Operator will not request your password or memory aid, and you must not disclose login details to third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the Operator immediately.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be offered as an optional security measure. You are responsible for enabling and maintaining any security features provided.

Your Obligations and Conduct

You participate in the Games for personal, recreational entertainment only and not for professional, commercial, or financial objectives.
You may not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited practices, including but not limited to using software, devices, or methods designed to influence outcomes or evade the Rules.
You must avoid any actions that could damage the integrity of the platform, including attempts to manipulate odds, disrupt gameplay, or exploit vulnerabilities.
Any use of the platform that breaches applicable laws or these Terms may result in sanctions, including loss of winnings, account suspension, or termination.

Each person may register and maintain a single Account. Only one Account per household, IP address, and device is permitted unless advance written approval is provided by the Operator.

Duplicate or multiple Accounts may be blocked or closed at the Operator’s sole discretion, with all activity tied to duplicate Accounts deemed void or forfeited.

Deposits are required to participate in real-money Games. Deposits may be made via the payment methods available to the Account and accepted by the Operator. Cash or cheques are not accepted.

All deposits must originate from funds owned by the Account holder. Third‑party deposits are prohibited; if identified, winnings may be forfeited and the deposit returned to the rightful owner.

We may convert deposits in a currency different from the Account currency at the prevailing exchange rate, with any exchange costs borne by the user.

The Operator may request additional identity verification (KYC) to process deposits. Failure to provide requested documents may result in restrictions or closure of the Account.

Withdrawal requests require verification documentation appropriate to the payment method and the amount involved. The Operator may request identity documents, proof of address, and ownership of payment instruments before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawals are subject to compliance checks, including anti‑money‑laundering procedures. The Operator may impose limits, caps, or additional verification at any time.

Winnings become available for withdrawal only after applicable events and transactions are settled and any required wagering or promotional conditions are satisfied. Funds attributed to bonuses or promotions may be restricted from withdrawal until conditions are met.

The Operator reserves the right to reverse withdrawals or reclaim funds if credits were made in error or if the source of funds is later determined to be invalid; you will be obliged to return any such amounts.

Withdrawals are typically processed to the original payment method or a designated payment account. Timelines may vary by method and regulatory requirements.

Promotions, bonuses, and free bets are offered at the Operator’s discretion and may be subject to specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements published with the offer.

Promotional funds may be non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met, and bonuses may be cancelled if they are not used within specified timeframes or if prohibited activities are detected.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Operator’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Operator will communicate with you using the contact details provided during registration and may send updates about your Account, Promotions, and regulatory matters.

All materials, software, and content on the platform are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by the Operator or licensed to it. You may use the software solely for private entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No rights to the underlying technology or content are conferred beyond a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal gambling purposes.

The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account for any reason, including violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory concerns. Upon termination, you may receive the withdrawable balance, subject to applicable fees and restrictions, with any non-withdrawable funds forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying Customer Support and ensuring all active wagers are settled. The Operator will process a withdrawal of any remaining funds in accordance with its withdrawal policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the Operator. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of the same jurisdiction, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Regulatory oversight and dispute resolution mechanisms may apply as required by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator and supersede all prior arrangements. The Operator may amend these Terms periodically; continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance. The English language version governs in case of conflict with translations.

Complaints should be submitted to the Operator’s designated support channels. The Operator will acknowledge and investigate complaints promptly and provide a final resolution in accordance with its internal policies and applicable law.
